ASFLMPC-10.000MHZ-Z-T

This MEMS oscillator is part of the ASFLMP series from Abracon, providing a 10 MHz nominal frequency with CMOS output logic. It features a tri-state enable/disable function, allowing control of the output. The supply voltage range is 2.25V to 3.6V, with a maximum supply current of 35 mA. Frequency stability is ±50 ppm, and startup time is 5 ms. The device is designed for surface mount assembly in a 6-SMD, No Lead package measuring 5.00mm x 3.20mm x 0.85mm. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C, with storage from -55°C to 150°C. Electrical characteristics include a duty cycle of 45% to 55%, rise/fall times of 1.1/1.3 ns typical, and low jitter (phase jitter 0.30 ps typ, period jitter 3.0 ps RMS). The oscillator is RoHS/RoHS II compliant, MSL Level 1, and REACH unaffected.
