This oscillator operates from a supply voltage of 1.8V to 3.3V and draws a maximum supply current of 15 mA (no load, 25°C). It features a standby (power down) function with a typical standby current of 15 µA. The output is LVCMOS with a 15 pF load, and the symmetry (duty cycle) is 45/50/55% at 1/2 Vdd. Rise and fall times are 1.8/3.0 ns typical/maximum.

 

The device is housed in a compact 4-SMD, no lead package measuring 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm x 0.90 mm, suitable for surface mount assembly. It is RoHS/RoHS II compliant and has an MSL level of 1 (unlimited).
