The Abracon ASFLMB-30.000MHZ-XY-T is a MEMS-based clock oscillator (XO) in a compact 5.0 x 3.2 x 0.9mm 4-SMD no-lead package. It generates a 30MHz LVCMOS output with excellent frequency stability of ±10ppm.
Key electrical specifications include a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 3.3V with typical supply current of 15mA maximum at no load. The device features fast 1.8ns typical rise and 1.0ns typical fall times (20%/80% VDD, 15pF load), 1.5ms typical startup time, and 60ps typical cycle-to-cycle jitter. A standby function disables the output and reduces current to 15µA typical.
Designed for industrial environments, the oscillator operates from -40°C to +105°C and withstands storage temperatures from -55°C to +150°C. First-year frequency aging is within ±5ppm. It is RoHS3 compliant and has MSL Level 1 moisture sensitivity.
