The ASFLMB-100.000MHZ-LR-T is an industrial-grade MEMS (Pure Silicon) clock oscillator from Abracon's ASFLMB family. It provides a nominal 100MHz LVCMOS output with an overall frequency stability of ±25ppm over the -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range.

 

It operates from a supply voltage of 1.8V to 3.3V with a maximum supply current of 15mA (no load). The oscillator features a standby (power-down) function with fast startup time of 3.0ms (max) and disable time of 100ns (max). Output symmetry is 45/55% measured at 1/2 Vdd, and rise/fall times are 3.0ns (max) into a 15pF load.

 

This device is housed in a 4-SMD, no-lead package measuring 5.00mm x 3.20mm x 0.90mm and is RoHS3 compliant. It is suitable for applications including equipment connected to PCs, portable electronics, consumer electronics, and industrial environments.
