The Abracon ASFLM1-100.000MHZ-LC-T is a Pure Silicon™ MEMS clock oscillator designed for general-purpose timing applications. It provides a nominal 100 MHz output with LVCMOS logic levels and a typical supply current of 9 mA (15 mA maximum) under no-load conditions at 3.3 V.

 

This oscillator features a standby (power-down) function via tri-state enable, with a typical disable time of 20 ns and a standby current of only 15 µA. Frequency stability is specified at ±50 ppm over the full -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range, with cycle-to-cycle jitter of 60 ps typical at 100 MHz.

 

The device is housed in a 5.0 x 3.2 x 0.85 mm 4-SMD, no-lead plastic package suitable for surface mount assembly. It is RoHS/RoHS II compliant and rated MSL Level 1 (unlimited floor life).
