The Abracon ASEMB-4.000MHZ-XY-T is a MEMS-based XO (standard) clock oscillator designed for high stability and low power consumption. It operates at a frequency of 4 MHz with CMOS output logic. The oscillator offers exceptional frequency stability of ±10ppm over the full industrial temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. It supports a wide supply voltage range of 1.8V to 3.3V, with typical supply current as low as 5mA (no load) at frequencies up to 39.9999 MHz. The device features a standby (power down) function via tri-state enable, with a disable time of 20-100 ns and a standby current of only 15 µA. The ASEMB is packaged in a compact 4-SMD, no lead package measuring 3.20mm x 2.50mm x 0.90mm, suitable for surface mount assembly. It is RoHS/RoHS II compliant and MSL Level 1. Typical applications include consumer electronics, portable electronics, computers and peripherals, and industrial equipment among others.
