The Abracon LLC ASEMB-25.000MHZ-LY-T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) clock oscillator in a compact 3.2mm x 2.5mm plastic SMD package. It provides a 25 MHz CMOS output with frequency stability of ±10 ppm over an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
Electrical characteristics include a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 3.3V, typical supply current of 5 mA (no load at frequencies up to 39.9999 MHz), and symmetry (duty cycle) of 45% to 55%. Startup time is 1.5 ms typical, and the part features a standby (power down) function.
