The ASEMB-100.000MHZ-LY-T is a MEMS-based clock oscillator from Abracon LLC, delivering a 100 MHz CMOS output with ±10 ppm frequency stability. It operates over a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 3.3V and typically draws 16 mA supply current (15 mA max under no load). The oscillator includes a standby (power down) function with a disable standby current of 15 µA and output disable times of 20 ns (min) to 100 ns (max). Startup time is 1.5 ms typical, 3.0 ms maximum.
This oscillator features a duty cycle of 45% to 55% at half Vdd, output voltage high and low levels of ≥0.8*Vdd and ≤0.2*Vdd respectively, and typical rise/fall times of 1.8 ns and 1.0 ns (max 3.0 ns). Cycle-to-cycle jitter is 60 ps typical, and period jitter RMS is 10 ps typical. First-year aging is within ±5 ppm. The device is housed in a 4-SMD, no-lead package measuring 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm x 0.85 mm, with MSL Level 1 and RoHS compliance.
Designed for industrial temperature ranges (-40°C to +85°C) and storage from -55°C to +150°C, it is suitable for applications such as CCD clocking for VTR cameras, equipment connected to PCs, portable electronics, consumer electronics, and industrial environments prone to vibration, shock, and humidity.
