ASEM1-100.000MHZ-LC-T

The ASEM1-100.000MHZ-LC-T is a MEMS-based XO (standard) oscillator from Abracon LLC. It provides a 100MHz CMOS output with a 3.3V supply voltage and typical supply current of 15mA. Frequency stability is ±50ppm over the full operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The device features a standby (power down) function that reduces current consumption to 15µA. Key timing characteristics include 1.3ns rise/fall time (20%/80% VDD with 15pF load), 45/55% symmetry, 60ps cycle-to-cycle jitter, 1.5ms startup time, and 20ns disable time. Aging is ±5ppm in the first year.

The oscillator is housed in a compact 4-SMD, No Lead package measuring 3.2mm x 2.5mm x 0.9mm, suitable for surface mount assembly. The ASEM series is designed for applications including CCD clock for VTR cameras, equipment connected to PCs, low profile equipment, computers and peripherals, portable electronics, consumer electronics, industrial equipment, and demanding military and automotive electronics. The component is RoHS3 compliant and has MSL Level 1 (unlimited).
