Electrically, this oscillator operates with a 3.3V nominal supply voltage (range 3.135V to 3.465V) and draws a typical supply current of 4.4mA (maximum 13mA) in the 20.1~40 MHz frequency range. It features a CMOS output with enable/disable function, ±100ppm maximum frequency stability, and a duty cycle symmetry of 45/50/55%.

 

The device is rated for an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C. It provides typical rise/fall times of 2.4ns (4.0ns max), typical startup time of 1ms (2ms max), and typical RMS jitter of 3.2ps (5ps max). First-year aging is ±3ppm max at 25°C.
