This is a MEMS-based XO (standard) oscillator from Abracon's ASDMB series. It provides a 4 MHz LVCMOS output with a frequency stability of ±50 ppm. The supply voltage range is 1.8V to 3.3V, making it suitable for low-power applications.
The oscillator features a standby (power down) function with a typical stand-by current of 15 µA. Electrical characteristics include a typical startup time of 1.5 ms, disable time of 20 ns, and symmetry (duty cycle) of 45% to 55%. Rise and fall times are 1.8 ns and 1.0 ns typical respectively.
The device is housed in a compact 2.5 mm x 2.0 mm x 0.9 mm 4-SMD No Lead package, suitable for surface mount assembly. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is RoHS compliant with MSL Level 1.
