The Abracon ASDMB-25.000MHZ-LY-T is a Pure Silicon™ MEMS-based clock oscillator offering a nominal frequency of 25 MHz with LVCMOS output. It features a frequency stability of ±10 ppm and operates over a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 3.3V.
Designed for low power consumption, the device draws a typical supply current of 5 mA (15 mA maximum) under no load conditions. The oscillator provides a 45% to 55% duty cycle symmetry and exhibits fast rise/fall times typically 2.4 ns and 2.0 ns respectively with a 15 pF load. Cycle-to-cycle jitter is limited to 60 ps maximum with typical period jitter of 10 ps RMS.
Housed in a compact 2.5 mm x 2.0 mm x 0.90 mm 4-pin SMD package, the oscillator is suitable for space-constrained applications. It supports a standby (power down) function with a disable time of 20 ns typical and a standby current of only 15 µA.
The device is RoHS/RoHS II compliant and rated MSL Level 1. It is recommended for use in portable electronics, consumer electronics, industrial equipment, and other applications requiring a stable clock source in a small footprint.
