The ASDMB-12.000MHZ-LC-T is a MEMS-based XO (standard) oscillator from Abracon's ASDMB series. It provides a 12MHz LVCMOS output with ±50ppm frequency stability across a wide supply voltage range of 1.8V to 3.3V. The device features very low supply current of typically 15mA (max) under standard load conditions.
This oscillator integrates a Pure Silicon™ MEMS resonator and is offered in a compact 2.5mm x 2.0mm x 0.9mm plastic QFN package. It supports output load options of 15pF, 25pF, or 40pF and operates over -40°C to +85°C. Additional specifications include 45%/55% symmetry, 3.0ns rise/fall times, and 3.0ms startup time.
The part includes a standby (power down) function with a maximum standby current of 15µA. It features low cycle-to-cycle jitter (60ps typical at 100MHz) and period jitter (10ps RMS typical). Package is 4-SMD, no lead for surface mount assembly.
