This oscillator features a standby (power down) function with typical disable time of 20 ns and standby current of 15 µA. Rise and fall times are 1.3 ns typical (3.0 ns max) with 15 pF load. Symmetry is 45% to 55% at 1/2 Vdd. Startup time is 1.5 ms typical (3.0 ms max). The part is housed in a compact 2.5 mm x 2.0 mm x 0.90 mm 4-SMD no-lead package for surface mount assembly.
