The Alliance AS7C256C-15PCN is a 262,144-bit (32,768 words by 8 bits) High Speed CMOS Static Random Access Memory (SRAM). Fabricated with high-performance CMOS technology, it offers a fast access time of 15ns.
This SRAM operates from a wide power supply range of 2.7V to 5.5V, making it suitable for various system designs. It features low power consumption with an operating current of 80mA at 5V and 40mA at 3V, and a standby current of 1mA (5V) or 0.5mA (3V).
