AS4C4M16SA-6BAN

The Alliance AS4C4M16SA-6BAN is a high-speed CMOS synchronous DRAM (SDRAM) with 64 Mbits of storage. It is internally configured as 4 Banks of 1M word x 16 DRAM, operating with a synchronous interface registered on the positive edge of the clock signal.

Key electrical specifications include a fast clock rate of 166 MHz, an access time from clock of 5.4 ns, and a clock cycle time of 6 ns. The device operates from a single +3.3V ± 0.3V power supply and features an LVTTL interface. It supports programmable burst lengths of 1, 2, 4, 8, or full page, with options for sequential or interleaved burst types and a burst stop function.

This SDRAM is AEC-Q100 compliant and suitable for automotive applications, with an operating ambient temperature range of -40℃ to 105℃. It is available in a 54-ball 8.0 x 8.0 x 1.2mm (max) FBGA package and a 54-pin 400 mil plastic TSOP II package, both of which are Pb and Halogen Free.

The device supports Auto Refresh and Self Refresh functions, with 4096 refresh cycles required every 32ms. It also includes a CKE power down mode for reduced power consumption.
