The Alliance Memory Inc. AS4C32M16SB-7TIN is a high-speed CMOS synchronous DRAM (SDRAM) with a capacity of 512 Mbits. It is designed for applications requiring high memory bandwidth, such as high-performance PC systems.

This SDRAM operates with a clock rate of up to 143 MHz and features a fast access time from the clock of 5.4 ns. It supports a fully synchronous operation with an internal pipelined architecture. The device is configured as 4 banks of 8M word x 16-bit DRAM.
