The AQHV15-01ETG-C is a bidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse Inc. designed for transient voltage suppression in automotive applications. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 15V and a clamping voltage of 30V at a peak pulse current of 5A (8/20µs). The device is capable of handling 200W of peak pulse power. With a low capacitance of 24pF at 1MHz, it is suitable for high-speed data lines. The TVS diode is housed in a surface mount SOD-882 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
