The AQHV12-01LTG-C is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode from Littelfuse designed for overvoltage protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 12V and a maximum clamping voltage of 30V at a peak pulse current of 10A (8/20µs waveform). The device can handle 300W of peak pulse power under a 10/1000µs waveform. It is not intended for power line protection.
Typical applications include automotive electronics and CAN bus interfaces, where robust transient protection is required. The diode is surface mountable and comes in a compact SOD-523 package (also referenced as SC-79). It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C, making it suitable for harsh environments.
