The Littelfuse AQ24CANA-02HTG is a bidirectional TVS diode designed for automotive CAN bus applications. It provides transient voltage suppression with a reverse standoff voltage of 24V and a clamping voltage of 50V. The device can handle peak pulse currents of 5A (8/20µs) and delivers 250W peak pulse power.
This TVS diode features a low capacitance of 15pF at 1MHz and operates over a wide temperature range from -40°C to 150°C. It does not include power line protection and is intended for signal line applications such as CAN bus interfaces.
The component is offered in a surface mount SOT-23-3 package (also available as TO-236-3, SC-59), making it suitable for compact automotive electronic designs.
