The AQ05C-01FTG is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode from Littelfuse designed for overvoltage protection in automotive and CAN bus applications. It has a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a maximum clamping voltage of 14.5V. The device can handle peak pulse currents up to 30A (8/20µs) with a peak pulse power rating of 450W. Capacitance is 200pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed signal lines. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 150°C.
