The APX811-26UG-7 is a simple reset/power-on reset supervisor IC from Diodes Incorporated designed to monitor single supply voltages. It is configured with a fixed reset threshold of 2.63V derived from the part number suffix "26". The device features an active low, push-pull output with a totem pole configuration.
The reset timeout is guaranteed at a minimum of 140ms, and the power-on reset generator provides a fixed delay of 200ms. After Vcc rises, the reset signal asserts for at least 240ms. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
