The DIODES™ APR345 is a secondary side MOSFET driver designed for synchronous rectification applications. It effectively reduces secondary side rectifier power dissipation and offers a high-performance solution for 5V to 12V output voltage applications. This controller supports Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM), Discontinuous Conduction Mode (DCM), and Quasi-Resonant Flyback Topologies.
By sensing the primary MOSFET gate-to-source voltage, the APR345 can output an ideal drive signal with minimal external components. It is designed to eliminate resonant ring interference, providing a robust and efficient solution. The device is available in a compact SOT-26 package, making it suitable for space-constrained designs.
