APL111-34179-90

The Sensata APL111-34179-90 is a hydraulic magnetic circuit breaker featuring a 3-pole configuration and a panel mount design. This device provides reliable power switching, circuit protection, and control, similar to an ON-OFF switch. Upon detecting an overload, the internal mechanism trips, opening the contacts and forcibly returning the handle to the OFF position. The protector is designed to be "trip free," ensuring contacts do not remain closed during an overload condition, even if the handle is held in the ON position.

This APL/UPL series protector is suitable for industrial, military, and information processing applications where precision operation is required. It is recognized by UL under UL STD. 1077 as a supplementary protector and certified by CSA under CSA STD. C22.2–No. 235. The APL/UPL line offers various configurations, including series, shunt, and relay types, with a choice of delays and ratings. Multi-pole assemblies are available with mixed current ratings, delays, and internal circuit configurations, supporting combinations up to nine poles.
