The Sensata APL/UPL series APL111-20850-1 is a hydraulic magnetic circuit protector designed for reliable, low-cost power switching, circuit protection, and circuit control. This 3-pole breaker features a lever actuator for manual operation, similar to an ON-OFF switch. Upon detecting an overload, the internal mechanism trips, opening the contacts and forcibly returning the handle to the OFF position. The protector is trip-free, ensuring contacts do not remain closed under overload conditions, even if the handle is held ON.
