The Diodes Incorporated AP331AWRG-7 is a single, general-purpose comparator IC. It operates over a wide supply voltage range from 2.0V to 36V for single supplies and ±1.0V to ±18V for dual supplies. The device boasts very low supply current drain of 0.4mA, independent of the supply voltage magnitude.
Key electrical characteristics include a low input bias current of 150nA, a low input offset current of ±70nA, and a low input offset voltage of ±4mV.
