The DIODES™ AP22811BW5-7 is a single channel current-limited integrated high-side power switch designed for Universal Serial Bus (USB) and hot-swap applications. It offers a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and a low on-resistance of 50mΩ typical.
Key features include built-in soft-start with a 0.6ms typical rise time, over-current, over-temperature, and short-circuit protection with auto-recovery. It also provides output reverse current/voltage protection and an integrated output discharge function. The device includes a fault report flag with a 6ms typical blanking time to prevent false reporting.
This power distribution switch is available in a compact SOT-25 package, suitable for surface mount applications.
