The AOZ8904CIL is an ultra-low capacitance transient voltage suppressor array designed to protect high-speed data lines from ESD and lightning. It features four unidirectional channels in a rail-to-rail steering configuration, making it suitable for USB 2.0 and other high-speed interfaces.
Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 5.5V, a maximum clamping voltage of 18V at 4A peak pulse current (8/20µs), and a peak pulse power rating of 50W. The device provides exceptional ESD protection exceeding IEC 61000-4-2 standards at ±24kV contact and air discharge, as well as ±24kV HBM.
