The AOZ2261AQI-18 from AOS is a synchronous buck regulator designed for high-efficiency DC/DC conversion. It operates with an input voltage range of 4V to 28V and can deliver up to 8A of continuous output current. The output voltage is adjustable down to 0.8V with an accuracy of ±1.0%.
This regulator features a constant on-time PWM control with input feed-forward for fast transient response. It includes internal NFETs with low on-resistance (30mΩ high-side, 12mΩ low-side). The on-time can be programmed up to 1.3µs. Protection features include cycle-by-cycle current limit, short-circuit protection, over-voltage protection, and thermal shutdown.
