The AOZ2253TQI-11 is a 28V/8A synchronous buck regulator designed for high-efficiency DC/DC conversion. It features a wide input voltage range from 6.5V to 28V and an adjustable output voltage down to 1V to 1.5V.
This regulator integrates an internal linear regulator to generate 5.3V VCC. Its proprietary constant on-time PWM control with input feed-forward ensures ultra-fast transient response and maintains a relatively constant switching frequency. Protection features include VCC under-voltage lockout, cycle-by-cycle current limit, output over-voltage protection, short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown.
The AOZ2253TQI-11 is housed in a thermally enhanced 4mm x 4mm QFN-22L package, suitable for surface mount applications. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
