The AOS AOZ1269QI-02 is a high-efficiency, easy-to-use DC/DC synchronous buck regulator operating up to a 28V input voltage. It is capable of supplying 12A of continuous output current with an output voltage adjustable down to 0.8V with ±1.0% accuracy. The regulator utilizes a proprietary constant on-time PWM control with input feed-forward for ultra-fast transient response and maintains a relatively constant switching frequency over the entire input voltage range. The switching frequency can be externally programmed up to 1MHz.
Key electrical features include low RDS(ON) internal NFETs (18mΩ high-side, 8mΩ low-side), adjustable soft start, and a Power Good output. Protection functions include VCC under-voltage lockout, cycle-by-cycle current limit, output over-voltage protection, short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown.
The AOZ1269-02 is available in a thermally enhanced 4mm x 4mm QFN-23L package. It is rated for an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
