The AOZ1033AI from AOS is a 3A synchronous buck regulator designed for high efficiency and ease of use. It supports an input voltage range of 4.5V to 18V and can deliver up to 3A of continuous output current. The output voltage is adjustable down to 0.8V.
Key electrical features include a fixed 600kHz PWM operation, internal soft start, cycle-by-cycle current limit, pre-bias start-up, short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown.
