The AOS AOZ1024DI is a high-efficiency, synchronous buck regulator capable of delivering up to 4A of continuous output current. It features a wide operating input voltage range from 4.5V to 16V and allows the output voltage to be adjusted down to 0.8V.
This regulator incorporates internal switches with low on-resistance (100mΩ high-side, 20mΩ low-side) to achieve high efficiency, up to 95%. It operates at a fixed 500kHz PWM frequency, includes internal soft start, and offers 1.5% initial output accuracy. Protection features include cycle-by-cycle current limit, pre-bias start-up, short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown.
