It features a drain-source voltage (Vdss) of -30V and a continuous drain current (Id) of -11A at 25°C ambient. The static drain-source on-resistance (Rds(on)) is typically 14mOhm and maximum 17mOhm at Vgs=-10V and Id=-11A; at Vgs=-4.5V the maximum is 30mOhm at Id=-8A.
