The AONS32310 is a 30V N-Channel MOSFET designed for high-current applications such as ORing and eFuse circuits. It features a drain-source breakdown voltage of 30V and a continuous drain current of 400A at Tc=25°C (60A at Ta=25°C). The device offers ultra-low on-resistance: 0.8mΩ typical at Vgs=10V, Id=20A, and 1.1mΩ typical at Vgs=4.5V.
With a maximum power dissipation of 400W at Tc=25°C, this MOSFET is suitable for high-power switching. It is 100% UIS tested and 100% Rg tested for ruggedness. The gate charge is 240nC max at Vgs=10V, enabling efficient switching.
Packaged in a compact DFN 5x6 (8-PowerSMD, Flat Leads) surface-mount package, the AONS32310 is ideal for space-constrained designs. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
