The AON7524 is a 30V N-Channel power MOSFET from Alpha & Omega Semiconductor, built on the latest Trench Power AlphaMOS (αMOS LV) technology. It delivers a continuous drain current of 28A (at Tc=25°C) and offers exceptional low on-resistance: typical 2.6 mΩ at Vgs=10V, Id=20A, with maximum values of 3.3 mΩ at 10V, 4 mΩ at 4.5V, and 5.8 mΩ at 2.5V. The low gate charge (37 nC typical at 10V) and fast switching speeds (5 ns turn-on delay, 3 ns rise time) make it well-suited for high-frequency DC/DC converter applications.
The device is housed in a compact 8-DFN-EP (3x3 mm) surface-mount package, supporting efficient thermal management with junction-to-case thermal resistance of 3.1 °C/W (typical). The gate threshold voltage is 0.8V typical, enabling operation at logic-level gate drives (2.5V to 10V). The MOSFET includes ESD protection (HBM Class 3B) and is 100% UIS and Rg tested for ruggedness.
