The AON6816 is a 30V Dual N-Channel AlphaMOS (αMOS LV) technology MOSFET manufactured by Alpha and Omega Semiconductor (AOS).
This MOSFET offers very low RDS(on) at 4.5VGS, making it suitable for applications requiring efficient power switching. Key electrical characteristics include a Drain-Source Voltage (VDS) of 30V, a Gate-Source Voltage (VGS) of ±20V, and a continuous drain current (ID) of 16A at 25°C.
