It features a maximum drain-source voltage of 40V and continuous drain current of 20A (Tc=25°C). The device uses advanced trench technology to deliver a low typical on-resistance of 24mΩ at Vgs=10V, Id=12A with a maximum of 30mΩ.

The MOSFET offers fast switching performance with typical turn-on delay of 6.4ns, rise time 3.6ns, turn-off delay 16.2ns, and fall time 6.6ns. Gate charge is 10.8nC (max) at Vgs=10V, enabling efficient gate drive. The body diode has a reverse recovery time of 24ns and recovery charge of 10nC.

Thermally, the device dissipates up to 37W (Tc=25°C) with junction-to-case thermal resistance of 4°C/W. Operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 175°C. The part is halogen-free and RoHS compliant per datasheet.
