The AOS AO7405 is a P-Channel MOSFET designed with advanced trench technology, providing excellent on-state resistance (RDS(ON)) and low gate charge. It operates with gate voltages as low as 2.5V and features a Drain-Source Voltage (VDS) of -30V.
