The AO4354 is a 30V N-Channel MOSFET from Alpha & Omega Semiconductor, fabricated with advanced Trench Power AlphaMOS (αMOS LV) technology. This device delivers a low typical on-resistance of 3 mΩ at Vgs=10V (maximum 3.7 mΩ) and 4.1 mΩ typical at Vgs=4.5V (maximum 5.3 mΩ), enabling high efficiency in power conversion circuits. With a continuous drain current rating of 23A at 25°C (14A at 100°C) and pulsed current capability up to 174A, it is suitable for demanding load switching applications. The gate charge is optimized for fast switching: typical total gate charge is 36 nC at Vgs=10V and 17 nC at Vgs=4.5V. Input capacitance is 2010 pF, output capacitance 898 pF, and reverse transfer capacitance 124 pF. Switching speeds are characterized by typical turn-on delay of 7.5 ns, rise time of 4.0 ns, turn-off delay of 37.0 ns, and fall time of 7.5 ns. The device is 100% UIS and Rg tested for robustness. It is housed in an 8-SOIC package (0.154", 3.90mm Width) for surface mount assembly. Operating junction temperature range is -55°C to +150°C. The AO4354 is RoHS and Halogen-Free compliant, making it suitable for environmentally conscious designs. Typical applications include DC/DC converters in computing, servers, and point-of-load (POL) regulators, as well as isolated DC/DC converters in telecom and industrial systems.
