The AOS AO4264E is a 60V N-Channel MOSFET designed with AlphaSGT℡ technology. This component features a low on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of less than 9.8mΩ at a VGS of 10V and 13.5mΩ at a VGS of 4.5V. It supports a continuous drain current of 13.5A at 25°C and a pulsed drain current of up to 54A.
