The AMPMAFB-20.0000T is a MEMS-based standard oscillator (XO) from Abracon's AMPM-SERIES, offering a 20MHz output frequency with ±25ppm all-inclusive frequency stability. It operates from a wide supply voltage range of 1.71V to 3.63V, making it suitable for low-power and battery-operated designs. Typical current consumption is 1.3mA at 24MHz with no load, and standby current drops to 12µA at 1.8V/2.5V or 80µA at 3.3V.
The oscillator supports an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and can be stored from -55°C to +150°C. It features a standby (power down) function with a typical start-up time of 1.5ms and output enable/disable times of 1µs and 200+2period ns respectively. Duty cycle is 45% to 55% for frequencies 1MHz to 39MHz and 61MHz to 80MHz, and 40% to 60% for 40MHz to 60MHz.
