External memory support covers LPDDR2, DDR3, and DDR3L via a 32-bit memory controller. General-purpose NAND, NOR, and SRAM memory with up to 16-bit ECC is also supported.

 

Connectivity includes dual USB 2.0 ports with integrated PHY, dual 10/100/1000 Ethernet ports with switch capability, and multiple serial interfaces: two CAN, six UARTs, five SPI, three I2C, one QSPI, and one HDQ/1-Wire. A display subsystem supports TSC and WXGA resolutions.
