The ALED7707TR is a DC DC regulator LED driver designed for automotive and backlight applications. It features a step-up (boost) topology and integrates six outputs capable of delivering 85 mA each. The device operates from an input voltage of 4.5 V and supports a switching frequency range of 250 kHz to 1 MHz. Dimming is controlled via PWM input.
The driver includes internal switches and is housed in a 24-VQFN exposed pad package with surface mount mounting. The package dimensions are 5 mm x 5 mm (24-QFN). The device is rated for an operating junction temperature range of -40°C to 150°C, making it suitable for harsh automotive environments.
Typical applications include automotive lighting, backlighting for displays, and other systems requiring multiple regulated LED strings. The boost topology allows driving LEDs with higher forward voltage than the input supply. With six outputs, it can drive multiple LEDs independently.
