The AIC811-29GVTR is a low-power microprocessor (μP) supervisory circuit from AAIC, designed to monitor power supplies in μP and digital systems. It offers circuit reliability and cost benefits by eliminating external components. The device provides an ultra-low supply current of 1μA(typ.) and guarantees reset validity down to Vcc=0.9V. It features a minimum power-on reset pulse width of 140ms and internally fixed voltage thresholds available at 2.3V, 2.6V, 2.9V, 3.1V, 4.0V, 4.4V, and 4.6V, with a tight tolerance of 1.5%.
This supervisory circuit also includes a manual reset input. The reset signal remains active for a minimum of 140ms whenever the VCC supply voltage drops below the preset threshold. The AIC811/AIC812 series is designed with a reset comparator to identify invalid signals shorter than 140ms. The AIC811-29GVTR is housed in a low-profile SOT-23-5 package, suitable for surface mount applications.
