The Diodes Incorporated AH337-PG-B is a unipolar Hall Effect sensor designed for contactless switching applications. This device integrates a Hall voltage generator, amplifier, Schmitt trigger for noise rejection, and an open-collector output. It features a wide operating voltage range from 4.2V to 28V DC, supported by a band-gap regulator.
The sensor switches when magnetic flux density exceeds the operate point (Bop) and remains on until the flux density falls below the release point (Brp). The AH337-PG-B offers a maximum output sink current of 25mA and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
Available in a 3-SIP package, this Hall Effect switch is suitable for through-hole mounting. It is designed with temperature compensation and an open-drain pre-driver. The device is RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free.
