AH1903-FA-7

The AH1903-FA-7 from Diodes Incorporated is a high-sensitivity, micropower Hall effect switch IC. It offers selectable Omnipolar or Unipolar operation via a Select (SEL) pin, allowing detection of either North or South poles, or only South poles respectively. This flexibility makes it suitable for various position sensing applications.

Designed for battery-powered devices, the AH1903-FA-7 consumes very low average supply current, only 4.3µA at 1.8V, and operates over a wide supply voltage range of 1.6V to 3.6V. Its chopper-stabilized design ensures superior temperature stability and minimal switch point drift. The device is available in a small, low-profile X1-DFN1216-4 package, minimizing PCB space.
