The AH1888-ZG-7 from Diodes Incorporated is a micro-power, general-sensitive Hall Effect switch. It is designed for portable and battery-powered equipment, offering reliable operation over a supply voltage range of 1.65V to 3.3V. This device consumes minimal power, drawing only 12.6µW at 1.8V.
This omnipolar switch operates with either a north or south magnetic pole. The output switches on when the magnetic flux density exceeds the operate point (Bop) and turns off when it falls below the release point (Brp). It features a chopper-stabilized design for superior temperature stability and minimal switch point drift, along with enhanced immunity to stress and good RF noise immunity.
