The AH1809-P-A from Diodes Incorporated is a low sensitivity, micropower omnipolar Hall-effect switch IC. It is optimized for battery-powered applications, operating over a supply range of 2.5V to 5.5V and consuming only 24µW at 3V.
This switch features a single open drain output that activates with either a North or South magnetic pole.
