The Microsemi AGLP125V5-CSG289 is a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) from the IGLOO PLUS family, built on a 130nm flash process. This device offers a high density of 125K system gates, supported by up to 36 kbits of true dual-port SRAM and 212 user I/Os.
A key feature is its Flash*Freeze technology, enabling an ultralow-power mode that consumes as little as 5 µW while retaining design information. This technology, along with Low Power Active capability, simplifies power management for systems requiring minimal power consumption during idle states.
The FPGA operates with a core voltage between 1.2V and 1.5V, supporting single-voltage system operation. It comes in a 289-pin CSP package, measuring 14x14mm with a 0.8mm pitch and 1.2mm height.
This reprogrammable, nonvolatile flash FPGA provides a secure, low-power, single-chip solution that is live at power-up, offering time-to-market benefits comparable to ASICs.
